Juliane practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation; business disputes; and adversarial matters involving bankruptcy, trusts, and estates. Juliane is an experienced trial lawyer having successfully litigated over twenty-five trials to verdict in criminal and civil matters. She is also a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit civil mediator.
Juliane attended the Cyril H. Wecht Institute of Forensic Science and Law at Duquesne University. She received a B.A. in biochemistry and a M.S. in Forensic Science. She attended Stetson University College of Law and was an active member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team.
After practicing in Fort Lauderdale handling mortgage foreclosure matters, Juliane joined the Public Defender Office in Osceola County. In 2018, Juliane refocused her practice areas to focus strictly on complex legal matters and business disputes. Currently, Juliane practices as Of Counsel at Nardella & Nardella, PLLC and travels across the state of Florida to protect the rights and assets of her clients.
