About Orlando Litigation Lawyer

Juliane Murphy Brumbaugh, Esq.

Juliane specializes in complex commercial litigation, business disputes, and contentious matters related to bankruptcy, trusts, and estates. As a seasoned trial attorney, she brings substantial courtroom experience to her practice. Additionally, Juliane is a certified circuit civil mediator.

Education & Credentials

Juliane holds a B.A. in biochemistry, M.S. in Forensic Science from the Cyril H. Wecht Institute at Duquesne University, and J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where she was active on the Alternative Dispute Resolution team. Her career began in mortgage foreclosure in Fort Lauderdale before joining the Osceola County Public Defender's Office, conducting over 25 jury trials. Since 2018, she has focused exclusively on complex legal matters and business disputes. Currently, Juliane owns Orlando Litigation Lawyer and serves as Of Counsel at Nardella & Nardella, PLLC, representing clients throughout Florida.
